As a meditation instructor and intern here at VTCYT, I have had the privilege and honor to witness "Living Proof" of how meditation can influence one's experiences of life. Whether it is to create more "space" so that one can function more wholly or to "just be" and allow things to flow freely, even if it is just for a few moments. I have witnessed individuals learn to take better care of themselves even when experiencing emotional or physical pain. Meditation can influence one in a variety of ways and the "Living Proof" has always been here and is present in each one of us.
