"I consider my role as a therapist/ yogi an elemental piece of my spiritual path. What led me to work within this field was a natural enthusiasm to live in connection to the human spirit in all its intricacy, challenge, and beauty. It is my objective to be a part of creating a space for individuals to access, and experience healing.
My approach to therapy and yoga is practical and compassionate; emphasizing empowerment through building insight and self-awareness. I aim to create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, in which clients can grow and come to know their own heart. I work with clients in an existential approach to help them understand the meaning of their symptoms in their lives. I utilize tools available through yogic philosophy and practice to empower individuals with skills to reduce anxiety and build inner-strength. "
