I am very excited to join VTCYT and participating in a multi-disciplinary approach that celebrates healing holistically! As a person and a practitioner, I believe in an approach that is genuine, strength-based, relational and biologically informed. The mind, body and spirit are all interconnected and integral to health and balance. It is with empathy, playfulness, curiosity and humor that I look forward to building a therapeutic relationship and the foundation for understanding, empowerment and healing.
